Featuring something for everyone from Rustic Italian, to New American, Japanese, Award-Winning Breweries, World Class Wineries, and Farm-to-Table Chefs; the Taste of Solvang offers a menu of events that is sure to please!
Chef Walk & Demo
Wednesday, March 12
The popular Chef Walk & Demo is back for another year. This year, Chef David Cecchini of Cecco Ristorante will make his way through Solvang’s Farmer’s Market offering up tips and a personalized tour as he purchases farm-fresh ingredients for his demo menu. The cooking demonstration will be held after at Cecco Ristorante. Everyone is welcome to meet Chef David on Wednesday, March 12th at 3:00pm at the corner of First Street and Copenhagen Drive where the Chef Walk will begin. RSVP is required and can be made at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Chef Walk & Demo are free of charge. Dinner at Cecco is available for purchase at the restaurant.

Dessert is taken very seriously in Solvang; with a Village full of Chocolatiers, and Bakers it is hard not to. The extremely popular Dessert Reception is back with a new name, Sweets & Swing, with many different confections for your sweet, sampling delight! Join us for an evening celebrating all that is sweet about Solvang, as you tap your toes to live jazz by the amazing Tipsy Gypsies, and sip on locally produced wines.

Solvang Beer & Wine Walk

The Beer & Wine Walk is held throughout downtown Solvang with designated tasting rooms pouring tastes. Check in and map pickup is in Solvang Park (Mission Drive) beginning at 2:00pm on Saturday, March 15th.
Take a break from your culinary pursuits at Taste of Solvang and get out for a stroll in the Village! Get to know our Wineries, Breweries, and Wine Bars that specialize in locally made boutique wines and craft beer. The Solvang Wine & Beer Walk is one of Taste of Solvangs most beloved events, and a great way to discover new spots you'll love! You'll be able to not only take in the libations, but also the view, as you stroll along downtown Solvang, exploring 13 tasting rooms.
This event will sell out in advance, so get your tickets early!
Ala carte Ticket Price: $40 for 2 day Pass includes Souvenir Wine Glass | Check in opens at 2:00pm on Saturday, March 15th in Solvang Park (Mission Drive).
For Sunday arrivals, check in is at the Solvang Visitors Center at 1639 Copenhagen Drive.
Farm to Fork with Chef Budi

Buttonwood Farms & Winery, Solvang
Spend an intimate evening dining family style in the Barrel Room of the award winning Buttonwood Winery, as the incomparable Chef Budi Kazali takes you through a four course wine paired dinner utilizing ingredients sourced only from Solvang's local producers! Chef Budi Kazali, is the owner of the gorgeous Ballard Inn, and host of The Inn Crowd. His cuisine has been featured in publications including Food and Wine, The Wine Spectator, and Central Coast Magazine. Chef Kazali is locally and nationally known for his culinary prowess.
Ala Carte Price: $120 includes Shuttle to/from Solvang Park. Shuttle pick up in Solvang Park at 5:00PM. Parking also available at Buttonwood. 1500 Alamo Pintado Rd.
